Warranty

Every watch that we sell is thoroughly inspected and had all necessary services completed by our in house watchmaker to ensure we are offering you the best possible product.  We stand behind our watches and offer a 6 month mechanical warranty on all watches older than 25 years which we consider to be in the vintage category from date of purchase.  For watches 25 years and newer, but also including all Rolex models we offer a 1 year mechanical warranty from date of purchase, ensuring peace of mind for our customers. Our in house warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, user error, abuse or water damage.  We do not recommend you swim with your vintage watch as it’s tolerances may have diminished with age. All warranty claims without exception must be approved by Hoursmiths staff before the watch is shipped to us. This does not mean you are on your own after the expiration of your warranty and should you ever have a problem we are here to you support you.
